The Armenian Cultural Conservancy has been receiving donated items in fulfillment of it’s mission to collect and preserve the Armenian experience in Central California. In October, during Armenian Cultural Month we had the opportunity to display some of these donations at the Woodward Park Regional Library. Our display included a donated tapestry from the family of Pearl Koligian (center) a signed Varaz poster (lower right), sewing handiwork by Flora Adanalian (bottom right)and a sculpture of William Saroyan (bottom left).

Since then, we have received additional artifacts for our growing collection. This year we are looking for a permanent repository and are excited about the prospect of opening the Armenian Legacy Gallery for all to enjoy.

The Armenian Cultural Conservancy welcomes your participation in these efforts, be it through assisting with our search for a permanent site, gifting memorabilia and artifacts, sharing your family history, or helping to underwrite the cost of making this a reality.

If you wish to receive more information about our activities, you can join us as a member or share your email address with us to keep informed. Also, be sure and check this website for updated information. We look forward to a great year of accomplishment with your participation.
